Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned HR leader to head our HR Operation , Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards function. This is a high-impact role that demands strong expertise in compensation strategy, payroll operations, compliance, and employee benefits, along with the ability to drive strategic transformation in HR processes and systems. Key Responsibilities Total Rewards & Compensation - Lead end-to-end compensation and benefits strategy across India and international locations (preferably UAE & US). - Drive the Annual Compensation Review (ACR) process must have led at least 2 full ACR cycles. - Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive, tax-effective salary structures. - Partner with Finance and third-party payroll vendors for accurate and timely payroll processing. - Administer and manage ESOP programs including communication, training, and compliance. HR Operations & Compliance - Own HR operations including payroll, compliance (labor laws, PF, ESI, etc.), and audits. - Ensure statutory and legal compliance in India and relevant international locations. - Manage HRMS tools covering the entire employee lifecycle and additional platforms for engagement, rewards, and recognition. Data & Systems - Build and maintain complex HR dashboards and trackers using advanced Excel/Google Sheets. - Provide HR analytics and insights for leadership decision-making. People & Stakeholder Management - Lead and mentor the HR Ops and Rewards team to drive performance and engagement. - Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs and other business teams. - Advise and partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals. What Were Looking For - 12+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Compliance. - Deep knowledge of payroll, labor laws, and statutory regulations (India and international). - Hands-on experience in managing HRMS tools and platforms (engagement, ESOP, R&R). - Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets must be comfortable with high-end formulae and data analytics. - Experience with ESOP administration, including structuring and employee communication. - A strategic thinker with the ability to execute and lead large-scale processes. - Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team. - Agile and collaborative, with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
