Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR leader to spearhead our HR Operations and Total Rewards charter. This is a strategic leadership role-ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex compensation puzzles, thrives in building high-integrity operations, and wants to create impact at scale. You'll lead cross-functional programs across compensation & benefits, HR operations, compliance, systems, and analytics, working closely with the CHRO, CFO, and the broader leadership team to shape a future-ready people engine. Key Responsibilities: Total Rewards & Compensation: - Own the end-to-end Compensation & Benefits strategy across India and international locations (UAE, US preferred). - Drive the Annual Compensation Review (ACR) process across functions and levels-owning planning, execution, governance, and leadership alignment. - Partner with Finance and payroll vendors to ensure 100% compliance and timely disbursement. - Build tax-optimized salary structures, deliver market benchmarking, and design pay-for-performance frameworks. - Lead ESOP administration-from structuring and rollout to employee education and regulatory compliance. HR Operations & Compliance: - Lead core HR operations: payroll, compliance, employee documentation, and audits. - Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws and international compliance standards. - Oversee HRMS, payroll systems, and tools related to employee lifecycle, engagement, and recognition. People Analytics & HR Systems - Build and manage compensation and people dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets. - Provide strategic insights and analytics to support decision-making at CXO level. - Champion automation and simplification across operational HR processes. Stakeholder & Team Leadership: - Lead and grow a strong HR Ops & Rewards team. - Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to solve real problems with scalable people solutions. - Partner with senior leadership on key org design, cost optimization, and headcount planning initiatives. What You Bring? - 8+ years of HR experience across Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Compliance. - Expertise in Indian payroll and labor laws; international exposure (UAE/US) is a strong plus. - Experience leading at least 2 ACR cycles and working on C&B strategy. - Strong hands-on capability in Excel/Sheets, HRMS, and data interpretation. - Solid understanding of ESOP Plans, communication, and compliance. - Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership abilities. - High bias for execution, process excellence, and ethical rigor.
