
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new databases in PracticeSuite for healthcare providers (clients).
- Update, maintain, and ensure accuracy of CRM data.
- Manage HubSpot ticketing system - resolve client issues and address new requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments and clients via email to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- Generate and publish monthly usage reports for accounting and internal review purposes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the US Medical Billing domain.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and data management.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
