What You Will Do:
1. Run Campaigns Hands-On:
- Own paid Meta campaigns across a growing portfolio of B2B clients - strategy, setup, and day-to-day optimization.
- Be the practitioner in the room. You set the direction and you do the work, not just review it.
- Onboard new clients, understand their business goals, and translate them into campaign strategy and expected outcomes.
2. Build & Ramp the Team
- Build a team of 2-3 junior performance marketers quickly and get them productive on accounts within their first few weeks.
- Define how work is divided - what you own, what they own, and how quality is maintained across the portfolio.
- As the team and agent capabilities grow, shift your focus increasingly toward client relationships and account strategy.
3. Own Client Relationships
- Be the senior point of contact for clients - setting expectations, communicating performance, and keeping accounts healthy and growing.
- Build a communication cadence that keeps clients informed without requiring constant hand-holding.
- Handle escalations and performance conversations directly and with confidence.
4. Build the SOPs That Become the Agent
- Document how you think - onboarding processes, optimization frameworks, budget decisions, escalation triggers, and client communication cadences.
- Work closely with our product and engineering team to translate your SOPs into the Paid Ads Agent's decision-making logic.
- Review agent outputs regularly and close the gap between what the agent recommends and what you would do.
What We Are Looking For:
Non-Negotiable
- 4+ years of agency experience running Meta Ads campaigns, at a mid-to-senior level.
- Hands-on practitioner - you are comfortable running accounts yourself, not just managing people who do.
- Experience hiring or mentoring junior performance marketers and ramping them up quickly.
- Proven track record managing B2B accounts with lead generation as the primary goal.
- Strong client-facing skills - clear communicator, confident in performance conversations.
- Structured thinker who documents processes and can articulate the reasoning behind every decision.
Strong Preference
- Agency background at an Account Manager, Senior Strategist, or Group Lead level.
- Experience with B2B audiences in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or commercial services verticals.
- Experience writing internal playbooks or training materials for a team.
- Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments where the playbook is still being written.
Big Plus:
- Exposure to AI tools in ad creative or campaign management.
- Experience across other paid channels - LinkedIn, Google, or programmatic - as a complement to Meta.
- Genuine interest in the AI/automation space and enthusiasm for encoding your expertise into agents.
