Key Responsibilities:
Practice Leadership & Business Growth:
- Build, lead, and grow the Data Architecture & Analytics Practice, aligning business, technology, and client goals.
- Define the strategic roadmap for the practice including offerings, delivery models, and market positioning.
- Drive revenue generation and profitability through new client acquisition and account expansion.
Data Architecture & Solution Design
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, enterprise-grade data architecture solutions.
- Define best practices for data strategy, governance, modernization, and cloud data platforms.
- Provide architectural oversight and ensure the technical integrity of all delivered solutions.
Sales Leadership & Client Engagement:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives and strategic clients.
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to develop winning proposals, pricing models, and client presentations.
Product & Offering Development:
- Conceptualize, define, and refine data-centric products and service offerings that align with market needs.
- Work with product management and engineering teams to develop differentiators and accelerators.
- Stay ahead of market trends to ensure offerings remain innovative and competitive.
- Team Development & Cross-functional Leadership
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data architects, consultants, and solution leaders.
- Foster a collaborative culture that drives innovation and accountability.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, delivery, and product functions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in enterprise data architecture, data engineering, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven success in sales leadership, revenue generation, and business development.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical capabilities into business value propositions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership and execution excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree from a Tier 1 institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, XLRI, or equivalent).
- Minimum 18 years of professional experience in IT services, consulting, or technology-driven businesses.
- Prior experience in Big 4 consulting firms or top-tier IT services organizations preferred
