About the Role:

Were looking for someone who can shape the BA practice, raise capability across teams, and bring clear thinking to how requirements are discovered, structured, and delivered.

This role blends leadership, mentoring, domain depth, and innovative use of AI to improve the speed and quality of analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain BA processes, templates, and standards to drive consistency and clarity across programs.

- Build reusable assets, domain guides, requirement patterns, and toolkits that sharpen discovery and reduce analysis effort.

- Mentor and upskill the BA community, working with L&D to design learning paths and capability assessments.

- Use AI to strengthen requirements analysis, documentation, backlog refinement, and customer journey modelling, and train teams to adopt these techniques.

- Guide current and future-state analysis, risk identification, and value-focused recommendations across initiatives.

- Support presales and solutioning teams with scope shaping, requirement baselines, and customer workshops.

- Introduce differentiators for proposals and sales narratives, grounded in industry best practices and domain experience.

- Improve adoption and use of tools such as Azure DevOps, Rally, and JIRA, and establish guidelines for requirement lifecycle management and traceability.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years of BA experience with 3 to 5 years in a leadership or practice-oriented role.

- Firm grounding in requirement engineering, process modelling, backlog management, and stakeholder facilitation.

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Rally for managing user stories, epics, defects, and traceability.

- Practical experience using AI tools for requirement clarity, user-story writing, process design, and productivity improvements.

- Comfortable coaching teams, standardizing practices, and elevating overall capability.

- Ability to participate in presales conversations and communicate with senior stakeholders
