- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and career development opportunities.

3. Client Success & Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored tax solutions, positioning as a trusted advisor.

- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for value addition and service expansion.

- Ensure proactive communication and timely resolution of client queries and concerns.

4. Strategic Planning & Practice Growth

- Collaborate with the Business Line Leader to develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and expand the firm's tax service offerings.

- Identify market trends and client needs to inform service development and positioning.

- Monitor practice performance metrics, implementing improvements to drive growth and profitability.

- Represent the Tax Service Line in internal leadership meetings, contributing to overall business strategy.

- Proven expertise in servicing multiple CPA clients with complex tax needs

- Hands-on experience with direct client engagement, tax delivery challenges, and value upliftment
