We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Salesforce Practice Head to lead our growing Salesforce delivery and consulting unit. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in Salesforce architecture, multi cloud implementations, consulting engagements, pre-sales support, and technical development. The ideal candidate will possess deep platform knowledge and the ability to translate business challenges into innovative Salesforce-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end Salesforce practice, including delivery, pre-sales, architecture, and resource management.

- Drive successful execution of Salesforce multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, CPQ, FSL, etc.).

- Provide technical and architectural oversight across projects and ensure alignment with client goals.

- Support sales and business development teams with solutioning, proposal creation, and client presentations during pre-sales cycles.

- Mentor and lead a team of Salesforce developers, consultants, and architects to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous upskilling.

- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define the Salesforce roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

- Establish best practices, reusable frameworks, and scalable delivery processes across the Salesforce practice.

- Represent the company in Salesforce partner ecosystem events and strengthen alliance relationships.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Multi-cloud Salesforce experience

- Strong consulting background, with experience managing client expectations and delivering tailored solutions.

- Hands-on development experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.

- Expertise in Salesforce architecture - including data modeling, integration patterns, and scalability considerations.

- Pre-sales experience - ability to understand client needs, create high-level solution architectures, and support proposal/bid responses.

- Leadership experience in building and managing a high-performing team in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a Salesforce consulting partner or enterprise Salesforce environment.

- Exposure to Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud).

- Experience with third-party integrations, AppExchange products, and middleware tools like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.
