We are looking for a highly experienced and technology-driven Practice Head / Practice Leader with strong expertise in the Construction / Infrastructure domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and delivering enterprise-scale digital products and technology solutions for construction, EPC, smart building, or engineering organizations.

The role requires a strong technical background across backend technologies, frontend technologies, cloud platforms, AI/ML initiatives, and enterprise architecture, along with leadership experience in managing large delivery teams, client engagements, and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the Construction Technology practice and drive end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

- Define technology strategy, architecture, delivery roadmap, and innovation initiatives for construction and infrastructure clients.

- Build and deliver scalable products/platforms related to Construction Management, BIM, Smart Construction, Digital Twin, Project Lifecycle Management, Asset Management, or Construction ERP solutions.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to design enterprise-grade applications and cloud-native platforms.

- Drive solution architecture across backend, frontend, cloud, AI/ML, and data engineering ecosystems.

- Manage large-scale client engagements, delivery governance, presales support, and stakeholder management.

- Lead and mentor engineering managers, architects, and technical teams across multiple projects.

- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud transformation, and AI-driven solutions.

- Work closely with leadership teams on practice growth, capability building, and delivery excellence.

Required Skills :

- 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to Construction / EPC domain projects.

- Experience leading technology practices, delivery organizations, or engineering teams.

- Strong experience in enterprise product/platform development within construction technology ecosystems.

- Hands-on exposure to technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, ReactJS, Angular, .NET, Microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.

- Strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Good understanding of AI/ML, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

- Experience working on Construction Management Systems, BIM platforms, Smart Building solutions, Digital Twin, GIS, Asset Management, or Infrastructure platforms.

- Strong architectural knowledge including scalability, security, integrations, and cloud-native systems.

- Experience managing enterprise customers, delivery governance, and large technical teams.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Primavera, SAP Construction, or Construction ERP platforms.

- Experience in Smart City, Infrastructure Engineering, or Industrial Construction projects.

- Knowledge of data platforms, IoT, or AI-driven construction analytics.

- Prior experience in presales, solution consulting, or business development activities.
