Position Overview:
- The Oracle HCM Transformation Practice Head is responsible for driving the growth and success of the Oracle Cloud practice.
- This role involves working closely with Global Leadership teams to establish, execute, and lead the India Oracle Cloud consulting practice functions.
- The Practice Head manages multiple responsibilities, including a Strategist, Practice Leader, Talent Developer and Recruiter, and Delivery Support Leader.
- They are accountable for Indias proactive participation in Oracle Cloud Centres of Excellence (CoE) and maintain skills inventory for the practice and track certifications.
- The Practice Head also identifies external training investment needs and creates a business case for the management, managing resource allocation across projects to ensure optimal utilization and project success.
- They lead Indias proactive participation in Oracle Cloud COE, including the development of supporting tools and accelerators, ensuring the practice adopts the latest Oracle technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred with specialization in HR or Technology Management.
- Professional certifications such as Oracle HCM Cloud Certification or SHRM are prefered.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Capital Management with a strong Oracle background.
- At least 5 years in leadership roles managing HR technology projects and teams.
