DA Practice Head - Oracle EPM

Role Overview:

As the DA Practice Head for Oracle EPM, you will be at the forefront of driving our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) business, leading a team of consultants and solution architects to deliver exceptional value to our clients. Your day-to-day will involve shaping EPM strategies, overseeing project delivery, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, delivery teams, and senior management to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. This role directly impacts our clients' ability to make informed financial decisions, optimize their planning processes, and achieve their strategic goals, ultimately contributing to their enhanced business performance and our company's market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Oracle EPM practice, aligning with overall company objectives and market trends to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

- Lead and mentor a team of Oracle EPM consultants and solution architects, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning to enhance team performance and capabilities.

- Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and presenting compelling solutions to prospective clients to expand our market presence.

- Oversee the delivery of Oracle EPM projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while proactively managing risks and resolving issues to achieve client satisfaction.

- Manage the P&L for the Oracle EPM practice, monitoring financial performance, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.

- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in Oracle EPM, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance our service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns, create compelling marketing materials, and participate in industry events to generate leads and promote our Oracle EPM capabilities.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Oracle EPM solutions, including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), and Enterprise Data Management (EDM).

- Proven ability to manage and grow a P&L, with a strong understanding of financial principles and business operations.

- Exceptional sales and business development skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships and closing deals.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

- Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective EPM solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
