Job Description:.
- 20+ years of IT experience with minimum 10+ years in leadership position and 5+ years of experience in leading and managing Oracle practices.
- Experience delivering at least 2 Large scale Fusion Transformations including global & local templates in Agile/ Hybrid/ Waterfall.
- Techno-functional having over all good knowledge on Oracle architectural principals, and core functional areas (e.
- Financials, Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Planning or Manufacturing etc.
- Proven track record of success in elevating rankings with Analysts.
- Business Development experience (direct, GTM, industry solutions, competitive Insight and Partners), having led multiple large deals.
- Proven ability in solving complex business problems by tailored and unique solutions within budget, profitability and headcount.
- Sound financial literacy and commercial acumen is a must.
- CXO level Relationship management and market connects.
- Ability to develop business plans and strategy as well as set the adequate governance with internal executive leadership.
Responsibility:
- Define & Deploy Oracle Strategy, enterprise wide.
- Set & Manage the operating model and organizational structure of the Oracle Practice globally.
- Lay down the business plan and deliver the business outcomes targeted for the Practice.
- Expand and scale the Oracle Cloud and Fusion capabilities.
- Build and grow the Oracle partnership and its ecosystem, achieving Top 3 partnership status in 3 years.
- Establish Oracle Practice market positioning and reach Top 3 in the analyst reports (IDC, Forrester, Gartner, etc).
- Collaborate with Organization units (industry, region, and sales) to align towards ESU business goals.
