Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Practice Lead Insurance to build, scale, and lead insurance technology and consulting engagements, with strong exposure to EIS (Exigen Insurance Suite). This role will own practice strategy, delivery excellence, and P&L, and drive growth across insurance transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Insurance Practice, including P&L ownership
- Define and execute practice strategy, service offerings, and GTM roadmap, including EIS-based solutions
- Provide solution and thought leadership for insurance transformation programs
- Drive pre-sales, solutioning, proposals, and executive client presentations
- Oversee delivery excellence across insurance engagements, ensuring quality and compliance
- Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams (delivery, architecture, consulting)
- Partner with sales, product, and technology teams to expand EIS and insurance capabilities
- Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in insurance
Required Experience & Skills
- 12+ years of overall experience with strong insurance domain expertise
- Proven experience leading an Insurance Practice / COE / Portfolio
- Strong knowledge of Life, Health, P&C, or Reinsurance domains
- Hands-on leadership exposure to EIS (Exigen Insurance Suite) implementations or transformations
- Experience with digital transformation, core insurance platforms, and modernization programs
- Deep understanding of insurance operations (underwriting, claims, policy administration)
- Strong executive stakeholder management and client-facing leadership
- Proven pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery leadership experience
