Practice Lead/ Head Insurance Services Exigen Insurance Solution (EIS).

Executive Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned Practice Head InsurTech specifically EIS product, to build, scale, and lead a high-growth insurance technology/ EIS practice with a strong focus on Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance platforms.

The role demands deep platform-centric experience, strong techno-functional leadership, and proven success in scaling revenue, delivery, and global client engagements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership exposure across P&C insurance platforms, with additional exposure to Reinsurance and Health Insurance ecosystems.

Mandatory Exigen Insurance Solution (EIS) Platform/ product exp Billing Core; PolicyCore; ClaimsCore.

Preferred + Guidewire platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Practice & Business Leadership:

- Build, scale, and own the InsurTech practice P&L, including revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost governance.

- Define practice vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for P&C-led insurance platforms.

- Drive practice growth across consulting, implementation, transformation, and managed services.

- Establish scalable delivery models from India for global insurance clients.

Platform & Domain Leadership:

- Provide executive-level leadership across P&C platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Majesco.

- Act as a techno-functional authority, translating insurance business needs into platform-led solutions.

- Oversee solution architecture, transformation programs, and platform modernization initiatives.

- Extend core P&C capabilities into Reinsurance and Health Insurance where applicable.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs, Product Owners, and Transformation Heads at insurance carriers and brokers.

- Lead executive conversations around platform selection, transformation strategy, and roadmap planning.

- Support pre-sales, deal shaping, RFP responses, and executive solutioning.

Delivery & Organization Leadership:

- Lead and mentor Delivery Heads, Architects, Product Managers, and Consulting Leads.

- Build high-performance teams without direct hands-on coding responsibility.

- Ensure delivery excellence across quality, timelines, SLAs, and client satisfaction.

- Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and reusable accelerators.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- 17+ years of experience in Insurance Technology / InsurTech with substancial exp in EIS platform.

- Strong background in scaling P&C insurance platform practices from both delivery and revenue perspectives.

- Proven leadership experience with large, complex insurance transformation programs.

- Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and global delivery teams.

- Ability to operate at strategic, commercial, and technical leadership levels.
