Practice Head - Cybersecurity is the architect and custodian of the SOC practice, ensuring it delivers world-class security services while driving business growth and client trust.

Key Responsibility would be:

Building & Driving the revenue & overall Business.

- Scale the cybersecurity practice to support global clients and multi-region SOC operations.

- Drive profitability and revenue growth through innovative service offerings.

- Position the organization as a thought leader in managed security services.

Strategic Leadership

- Define and drive the cybersecurity practice vision and roadmap, aligned with organizational goals.

- Develop new service offerings around SOC operations, threat intelligence, incident response, and compliance.

- Position the practice as a center of excellence for cybersecurity within the company.

- Stay ahead of emerging threats, technologies, and frameworks to keep the practice competitive.

SOC Operations & Delivery Excellence

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SOC services, ensuring SLA adherence and operational efficiency.

- Standardize processes for monitoring, detection, response, and remediation of cyber incidents.

- Drive automation and AI adoption in SOC workflows to improve speed and accuracy.

- Ensure continuous improvement in SOC maturity through audits, benchmarking, and capability building.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

- Ensure SOC services comply with global standards and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).

- Establish governance frameworks for risk management, incident reporting, and escalation.

- Drive internal and external audits to validate compliance and strengthen client trust.

- Maintain robust business continuity and disaster recovery plans for SOC operations.

Client Engagement & Growth

- Act as the trusted advisor for clients on cybersecurity strategy and SOC services.

- Support sales teams in pre-sales activities, solution design, and proposal development.

- Build long-term client relationships by ensuring delivery excellence and measurable outcomes.

- Represent the practice in industry forums, conferences, and client workshops.
