Practice Head - BFSI Operations - BPM Industry

We are looking for an experienced Practice Head - BFSI Operations for a leading global business process management organization.

This is a senior leadership role reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer, responsible for driving the strategy, delivery, operational excellence, and growth of the BFSI practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery for large Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance operations across domestic and global clients.

- Develop and execute the growth strategy for the BFSI practice, focusing on operational excellence, transformation, and customer satisfaction.

- Build and strengthen practice capabilities, service offerings, and delivery frameworks.

- Partner with business development and solutioning teams to support new client acquisition, RFPs, and transition programs.

- Drive process transformation through automation, AI, analytics, and digital initiatives.

- Own practice-level P&L, productivity, quality, SLAs, client satisfaction, and operational governance.

- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Engage with senior client stakeholders to strengthen strategic partnerships and identify growth opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

- 15+ years of experience in the BPM/BPO industry with significant leadership experience in BFSI operations.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale banking, financial services, or insurance operations for global clients.

- Strong exposure to business transformation, process excellence, automation, and operational governance.

- Experience leading large delivery teams and managing client relationships at the executive level.

- Demonstrated success in driving P&L, operational performance, and business growth.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
