Practice Head - AI/ML

Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Practice Head AI/ML to lead and scale our Artificial Intelligence practice, shape AI strategy, mentor large teams, and deliver innovative solutions across Machine Learning and Generative AI initiatives.

Role Details:

Practice Head (AI / ML) - 18Y+ - Chennai - Bangalore - Pune - Coimbatore - Hybrid (3 Days WFO).

Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Office + 2 Days Remote).

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Prefer locals from mentioned locations who are active to attend F2F interviews as above (MUST).

Must Have:

- Led and managed 100+ member AI/ML teams.

- Strong experience in AI/ML Practice Leadership.

- Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.

- Deep knowledge of Machine Learning & Deep Learning.

- Hands-on exposure to MLOps frameworks and deployment strategies.

- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP cloud platforms.

- Ability to drive business growth, delivery excellence, and stakeholder engagement.

Education Qualification:

M.E / M.Tech / MCA / BE / B Tech - qualified from a premium / reputed institution.

Interview Process:

1. Technical Discussion Round 1.

2. Technical Leadership Discussion Round 2.

3. Face-to-Face Interview (Mandatory).
