Practice Director - Data & Analytics

Role Description:

- We are seeking a full-time Practice Director - Data & Analytics to join our team on-site at our Bengaluru location.

- This role involves overseeing data analytics projects, driving strategic initiatives, managing client relationships, and ensuring quality delivery of data-driven solutions.

- Responsibilities include designing analytical frameworks, implementing data science models, providing insights through data analysis, leading teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to create value for the organization and its clients.

Qualifications:

- 18+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles in data and analytics.

- Proven track record in both on-premise and cloud-based data architecture and solutions.

- Should be hands-on in entire data management cycle.

- Strong exposure to end-to-end Data & BI lifecycle-from ingestion and ETL/ELT to advanced analytics and visualization.

Deep expertise in:

- Data Management (governance, quality, lineage).

- Data Orchestration (workflow automation, pipeline optimization).

- Data Visualization (Power BI, other BI tools).

- Experience delivering large-scale projects in Microsoft Fabric, Databricks and Azure Data Engineering stack.

- Familiarity with Snowflake, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle OCI is good to have but not mandatory.

- Data science and AI engineering experience is good to have.

- Excellent leadership, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
