Job Description:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals and brand vision.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across performance, brand, CRM, content, and design.
- Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies for new product launches, market expansion, and revenue growth.
- Develop and monitor key marketing KPIs, ensuring alignment with sales and business outcomes.
Performance Marketing:
- Oversee strategy and execution of digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and affiliate platforms.
- Ensure end-to-end funnel optimization and conversion improvements.
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and brand visibility.
- Lead marketing automation initiatives and ensure high-quality customer acquisition and engagement.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Setup, manage, and scale CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Design and optimize customer journeys including lead nurturing, product launch, upselling, and re-engagement flows.
- Manage omni-channel outreach via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email including personalization and segmentation.
- Drive measurable growth through engagement analytics, conversion tracking, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Brand Building & Communication
- Lead development of the companys brand positioning, voice, and narrative.
- Own all external marketing communications including PR, content strategy, and social media presence.
- Foster brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and internal teams.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships for creative, media, and campaign execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure marketing effectiveness and shared accountability.
- Provide data-backed insights to inform product improvements, customer experience, and revenue strategy.
Skills And Knowledge
