We are seeking a dynamic and proactive client service Manager who has 3 years of primary advertising experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of advertising campaigns. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Working Days: Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular, clear, and proactive communication.

- Understand client requirements, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines to deliver strategic solutions.

- Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.

- Prepare and present campaign proposals, reports, and creative concepts to clients.

- Oversee the daily project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, making sure to meet all client expectations.

- Address client feedback and concerns with a solution-orientated approach.

- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities relevant to clients' businesses.

- Support the Account Manager/Director in client strategy development and new business pitches.

Qualifications:

- Master's or Bachelors degree in marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.

- The candidate must have three years of relevant experience in client servicing within a mainstream advertising agency environment.

Required Skills:

- The candidate possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, along with confidence in delivering presentations to clients.

- The ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is essential.

- The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

- Organised, detail-orientated, and proactive in problem-solving.

- A working knowledge of advertising processes, marketing strategy, and campaign development is required.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or large corporate clients is required.
