Job Description:

PR Pundit Havas Red is looking for an experienced PR professional with knowledge and enthusiasm to work for our client partners across the Hospitality/Alco-bev/F&B Sector for our Gurgaon office.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with client partners.

- Plan, develop, and execute tailored PR strategies for brands within Hospitality, Alco-bev, and F&B sectors.

- Drive impactful news coverage, including stories, interviews, and other media formats.

Media Relations & Influencer Marketing:

- Develop and maintain strong connections with feature media, journalists, and bloggers.

- Identify and generate media opportunities to enhance client visibility through stories, interviews, and dialogues.

Content Creation:

- Produce compelling content and business communication to strengthen and elevate brand identities.

- Demonstrate mastery in crafting clear, sophisticated, and engaging messages aligned with client goals.

Team Management:

- Lead and support a team of 3-4 PR professionals.

- Foster an inspiring, open communication culture within the team.

- Set clear goals, delegate tasks efficiently, and manage deadlines.

- Oversee daily team operations to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Candidate Profile:

- 6-7 years of relevant experience in public relations, preferably within Hospitality, Alcoholic Beverages, or F&B sectors.

- Strong network and in-depth understanding of feature media and influencer landscapes.

- Expertise in content creation and business communication aimed at building sophisticated brand identities.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven leadership skills with experience managing small teams.
