About the Role - Strategizing & running campaigns across Digital touchpoints - Facebook, Linkedin, Google ads, Display, Discovery Play stores, and third-party websites depending on the performance of the channel and channel fitment of the target segment - Leverage customer insights to better segment, target, and reach potential Customers - Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics - Work closely with the agency to launch and optimize the campaigns - Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends - Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment through Messaging - Develop hypotheses and perform A/B (or multivariate) testing to recommend optimizations - Sourcing Keywords and measuring keyword performance - Different Ad placements - Understand your products inside out. Research competitors and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry and accordingly set up marketing and advertising goals for the brand. - Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost of Acquisition (CAC) and efficiently scale new customers - Test new channels and trends An Ideal Candidate will have - Must have Experience in B2B SaaS industries - Relevant Experience of 2-3 years+ - Should have a deep understanding and hands-on experience with Digital Channels like Google / Facebook - Should have an understanding of all variables that affect the performance of the campaigns - Should be able to explain the success and failure of a campaign through different variables - Excellent Analytical and Logical capabilities - One who speaks the numbers and makes data-driven Decisions - Marketing Background is a must - Experience in marketing mobile apps Preferred We've Got Awesome Perks! - We always offer a competitive salary along with ESOPs - We have Sodexo of 5K per month to take care of you and it's on top of your CTC. - Medical Insurance for you and your family, worth 7 Lakhs. - We don't track how many leaves in a month or in a year you take.
