Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role as a BDM-Enterprise Account/Large Account Manager located in Mumbai.
- The role involves new business development, account management, communication with clients, lead generation, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Key Profile:
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of large account sales experience
- Local market and industry knowledge and experience
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver assigned sales and revenue targets
- Develop and execute Annual Customer Plans to achieve strategic objectives
- Define and deliver customer engagement and experience goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Account Management and Customer Service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the printing industry or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
