Job Role Portfolio Management:

As a Portfolio Manager at Nuvama Wealth, you will be responsible for understanding clients financial goals and creating tailored investment strategies to help them achieve long-term wealth objectives. The role involves analyzing client portfolios, identifying gaps in asset allocation and diversification, and recommending suitable investment products aligned with their risk appetite and investment horizon. You will also gain exposure across wealth management, insurance, and tax planning solutions, ensuring a holistic approach to financial advisory. This position requires strong analytical skills, product knowledge, and the ability to design customized investment plans that deliver consistent value to clients.

Functional Responsibilities / KPIs:

- Understanding client's financial needs & goals.

- Analyzing client portfolios and studying the gaps in asset allocation and diversification.

- Designing investment plan based on investment objective, risk appetite and investment horizon.

- Understanding investment product suitability based on client profile and mapping it to the portfolio.

- Gaining exposure to wealth, insurance & tax planning.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.

Preferred Experience:

- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

- Prior exposure to Consulting, BFSI sector will be a plus.

Functional Competencies:

- Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Research orientation with curiosity for market trends and economic developments.

- Ability to understand client goals and apply investment concepts.

- Awareness of ethical practices and regulatory guidelines in financial services.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools.
