Job Summary :

Pharmaceutical Portfolio Manager will be responsible for product ideation, selection and optimizing our portfolio of generic pharmaceutical products. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful launch and lifecycle management of our products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product ideation : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the generic pharmaceutical market.

- Product selection : Create business cases for products identified using key financial metrics to help select the products.

- Work closely with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, Business development and commercial teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of portfolio strategies.

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of generic products, from development and launch to post-market surveillance and discontinuation.

- Monitor and manage the financial performance of the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.

Qualifications :

- Master's or Bachelors degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical portfolio management, product management, or a related field.

Skills :

- Proficiency in Data and Financial analytics.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends in generic pharmaceuticals.
