Job Description:

The Portfolio Management Services (PMS) business is a critical pillar of the organizations wealth management and investment offerings, catering primarily to High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) clients. With increasing competition, evolving market dynamics, and heightened client expectations around performance transparency and risk management, the PMS function must deliver differentiated, high-conviction investment strategies along with superior client experience.

The Portfolio Manager PMS role is a strategic leadership position responsible for building and scaling the PMS franchise, driving consistent AUM growth, and establishing the firm as a trusted investment partner. The role operates at the intersection of investment strategy, client engagement, and business growth, requiring strong alignment across Research, Sales, Wealth, Compliance, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive long-term portfolio performance while balancing risk and regulatory compliance

- Lead innovation in investment products aligned with market opportunities and client needs

- Strengthen the firms market positioning and brand credibility in the PMS space

- Enable effective distribution through internal sales channels and external partnerships

- Build a robust governance and investment framework in line with SEBI PMS guidelines
