Role Description
Driving business of existing and to-be-launched (-2 years to +3 years) Products across Crops through Marketing interventions / strategies thereby supporting achievement of Product-wise Sales across India by taking FMMs on board to drive their respective product portfolio in a targeted divisional level.
This position placed at HO marketing team and reporting to Retail - Marketing Head.

Expected Profile of the person:
- Qualification: Graduation in Agriculture, MSc agri / MBA is preferred
- Experience : 8 to 12 Years in Crop protection industry (Brands business)
- Experience of handing the sales & marketing team in relevant markets.
- Successful track record in the industry
- Ability to adopt cultural diversity

Responsibilities
1. Product launches / strategies
- Launch Preparation
- Launch Execution
- Launch review
- Review exiting portfolio & prepare road map next three years
- Product positioning strategy
- Drive projects and new initiatives
- Develop UVPs & firm up positioning (which market/against which competitors' product)
- Provide interpretations of analysis of Demo data - work in conjunction with FMMs & R&D team
- Develop branding, packaging, sample requirements, etc.
2. Campaigns design
- Design crop & product campaign plans for Kharif & Rabi seasons
- Roll out for execution with require marketing inputs & resources
- Evaluate campaign out outcomes & conclude
3. Competition analysis
- Analysis competition molecule / crop segment progress
- Drive the market understanding & mapping exercise with sales team on yearly basis.
- Need based market research /dip stick survey for understanding preparedness of the market.
- Keep updated on crop, segment, product & new development trends.
- One-point contact for marketing data
4. Training program
- Ensure sales team internalize & aware about crop & products UVP communications.
- Collaborating with FFMs/ R&D team for sales team trainings happens twice in a year (Kharif & Rabi)
- Develop on- line training certification program for sales team.
5. Collaboration with R&D Team
- For -2 years product finalization
- Active participation in PIDG meeting and ownership of actions
6. Collaboration with LRCF for branding
- Ensure corporate branding execution
- Design inputs for branding at key channel partners
7. Marketing inputs
a. Ensure sales team gets promotional inputs in time by taking support of SBU admin
b. Keep track of inputs utilization vs allotment
