Position: Portfolio Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Growth and Profitability:
- Focus intensely on growing the balance sizes of existing customer accounts within the HNI and Ultra HNI segments.
- Drive portfolio profitability by strategically capturing a larger share of wallet from mapped clients.
- Successfully manage the Portfolio Handling process, specifically focusing on expanding Retail Liabilities through CASA Sales and deepening existing relationships.
Relationship Deepening and Cross-Selling:
- Deepen relationships by effectively cross-selling the bank's proprietary products and a wide range of third-party investment solutions.
- Act as a Wealth Manager by providing tailored financial solutions to customers, ensuring the consistent delivery of value-added services.
- Boost customer engagement through the cross-selling of non-investment products such as Forex, Remittances, and Loans for both new and existing clients.
Client Advisory and Leadership:
- Ensure customers are consistently well-informed about the best financial solutions available to them, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Utilize strong Communication Skills and effective Public Relations techniques to maintain the bank's image and trust among affluent clientele.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking ownership of the portfolio, while also collaborating effectively as part of a larger team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Relevant experience in relationship management or financial services, with a proven track record of managing high-value client portfolios.
- Client Segment: Mandatory experience in Dealing with HNI and Ultra HNI Clients.
- Core Expertise: Strong proficiency in Portfolio Handling, Retail Liabilities, CASA Sales, and Wealth Management.
- Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to operate at a senior advisory level.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Financial Planning or Wealth Management ( CFP, CISI).
- Proven success in achieving targets for both liability book growth and cross-sell revenue.
- Deep knowledge of investment products, foreign exchange, and lending regulations
