Portfolio Analyst - Risk Policies - BFS

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional to join the Credit Risk Management & Policy team. The role involves driving the Bank's credit-related policies, process frameworks, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Frame and update credit policies, process notes, and frameworks.

- Review and interpret RBI circulars, assess impacts, and draft amendments.

- Prepare and present Board notes and highlight policy breaches.

- Track and monitor internal & regulatory limits; recommend corrective actions.

- Coordinate Executive Risk Committee (ERC) meetings and follow up on ATRs.

- Liaise with internal teams, auditors, and regulators for queries and compliance.
