Roles and Responsibilities: Drive Referrals Program: - Develop and implement strategies to increase employee referrals. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote the referral program. - Analyze referral program effectiveness and continuously optimize to maximize results. Campus Hiring for Internships and Lifecycle Management: - Lead campus recruitment efforts to attract top talent for internships. - Develop relationships with universities and colleges for ongoing talent pipelines. - Oversee the full lifecycle of internship programs, including onboarding, mentorship, and evaluation. - Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a positive internship experience and potential conversion to full-time roles.
