Role Overview:

This pivotal role is integral to shaping the Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) category's product-market fit (PMF) for the Outstation Market, encompassing both our partner and customer ecosystems. If you are passionate about solving complex problems, thrive in ambiguous environments, and are eager to make a significant impact through fast experimentation, this role is for you. We are looking for a Senior Manager to help us scale the 0-1 journey and effectively manage operational aspects.

Please note: This role will require frequent travel to different cities across India to engage with partners, customers, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End P&L Ownership: Take complete ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the LCV Outstation category, managing a Pan-India team and processes to deliver on mandated goals.

- Product-Market Fit (PMF) for LCV Outstation:

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify core needs within the category.

- Collaborate extensively with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable and user-friendly.

- Strategize and implement the right pricing models and supply onboarding processes for the vertical.

- Own and optimize all key operational metrics for this business segment.

- Develop a deep understanding of and establish the right partner ecosystem.

- Study behavioral patterns of partners and customers to continuously improve engagement.

- Implement robust feedback loops to adapt strategies based on real-time data and insights.

Product Marketing:

- Ideate, launch, and manage effective product marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of LCV Outstation solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure maximum impact.

Fast Experimentation:

- Drive rapid experimentation with structural, operational, and marketing initiatives.

- Rigorously measure outcomes and iterate quickly based on data-driven insights to achieve continuous improvement.
