Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for P&L of all the states/cities in the region

- Plan for growth and market penetration in the region - pricing and promotion etc

- Responsible for Customer and Driver Acquisition and lifecycle management

- Responsible for Strategizing and handling day-to-day operations in the region

- Implement new processes and refine existing processes in operations that fit within the organisational goals

- Responsible for integration of ground operations with technology, central lifecycle and core operations

- Gather product and market intelligence for the improvement of the product

- Devise Implementation strategy for new products/processes/features launched

- Planning, hiring, training and effective utilisation of resources in different functions

- To ensure long-term and profitable relationships with business partners and supply retention

- Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning & retention
