Responsibilities : Consumer Insights and Market Research : - Develop and execute comprehensive research plans to uncover deep consumer insights and understand market dynamics. - Utilize a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to gather data, including (not limited to) surveys, interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies. - Analyze research findings to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that inform marketing, product development, and business strategies. Customer Experience Enhancement: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and measure key customer experience metrics and indicators. - Conduct research to understand customer pain points, preferences, and expectations throughout their journey. - Provide actionable recommendations to improve products, services, and processes, enhancing the overall customer experience. Research Methodology Expertise: - Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, tools, and best practices. - Select and implement appropriate research methodologies based on the objectives and constraints of each project. - Oversee the development and execution of surveys, questionnaires, and other research instruments.
