Own end-to-end supply partner growth by scaling BAU acquisition, building new strategic supply channels, and improving onboarding efficiency through deep collaboration with Product, Risk, and Ops - with the goal of increasing active, high-quality supply density.
Core Responsibilities:
A. BAU Supply Partner Acquisition:
- Own city / category-level supply acquisition targets
Drive daily & weekly acquisition via:
- Optimize CAC, activation rate, and early churn
- Build playbooks for consistent, predictable acquisition
B. Strategic Channel Build-up (0 - 1):
- Identify, pilot, and scale new supply channels, such as:
- Design incentive structures and GTM motion for each channel
- Own channel-level unit economics and scalability
C. Onboarding Efficiency & Platform Readiness (with Product):
- Act as business owner for onboarding funnel
Partner with Product & Risk teams to:
- Use data + ground feedback to influence roadmap
D. Cross-functional Leadership:
- Translate business problems - product requirements
- Balance short-term growth with long-term platform health
SKILL SET:
A. Functional Skills:
Must-have:
- Marketplace / platform operations experience
- Supply-side growth or acquisition ownership
- Funnel thinking (lead - onboarded - activated)
Strong comfort with metrics:
- Pilot - scale execution capability
Good-to-have:
- Exposure to EV ecosystem, fintech, or asset-heavy supply
- Experience working with field teams + central product teams
- Experiment design (A/B testing mindset)
B. Analytical & Problem Solving:
Can break ambiguous problems into:
- Uses data and ground truth
- Understands trade-offs (speed vs quality, growth vs risk)
C. Stakeholder & Communication Skills:
- Can influence Product without authority
- Can align city ops and central teams
- Writes crisp problem statements & PRDs-lite
- Comfortable pushing back with data
