Role

Lifecycle team focuses on the following areas:

- Engagement (RnR, Welfare) - Conduct campaigns that aims to increase engagement (hours logged in , orders/partner) and influence positive behavior from partner through positive reinforcements

- SLA - Maintain committed SLAs like ABRTG ( Accepted but refused to go) , Delay etc through negative reinforcements

- Retention - Increase the retention of partners in the platform through med-long term initiatives

- Training and Communication - Ensure Partners are equipped and trained to perform at their best on the platform while continuously engaging with them through different channels of communication

- 3PL Vendor lifecycle management

Head of lifecycle is expected to:

- Own end to end & ensure all lifecycle processes are designed well and are being conducted effectively

- Ensure lifecycle metrics are meeting targets; Ideate and come up with ways to continuously improve on above mentioned areas

- Hiring & performance management of the entire lifecycle team

- Hire & develop the right people within lifecycle team

- Conduct time to time reviews on the performance of lifecycle team and provide feedback
