Role Overview:

As the Senior Manager for City Operations and P&L in Indore, you will serve as the business owner for the region, responsible for driving growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. You will lead cross-functional efforts to scale the local business, working closely with central product, marketing, and supply teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This role demands a high-impact leader who can navigate the complexities of a dynamic logistics market, manage regional stakeholders, and translate high-level business strategies into actionable, on-ground results that directly influence the company's bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the complete P&L for the Indore region, ensuring revenue targets are met while optimizing operational costs and margins.

- Drive the growth of the local customer base and transaction volume by implementing targeted market penetration strategies.

- Manage and mentor the local operations team to ensure high standards of service quality and driver-partner retention.

- Analyze regional performance data to identify bottlenecks in the logistics chain and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

- Collaborate with central teams to localize product features and marketing campaigns that resonate with the specific needs of the Indore market.

- Oversee fleet management and supply acquisition to ensure optimal vehicle availability during peak demand periods.

Required Skillset:

- Proven ability to manage full-cycle P&L responsibilities, with a strong grasp of unit economics and financial modeling.

- Demonstrated expertise in scaling operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or mobility sectors.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into strategic business decisions.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and influence cross-functional partners.

- High degree of adaptability and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in an on-site, field-intensive work environment.

- Educational background from a premier institute, combined with 3 - 8 years of relevant professional experience in operations or business management.
