Key Responsibilities:
Drive GTM planning and execution;
- Sharp analytical capability to interpret data, identify patterns, challenge assumptions, and turn insights into action
- Customer research expertise across interviews, surveys
- Hands-on experience with MarTech and engagement platforms such as MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar lifecycle automation tools
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, audience segmentation, trigger-based journeys, and retention marketing mechanics
- Proficiency in campaign performance analysis, including open rates, CTR, funnel conversion, cohort analysis, and iterative optimisation
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data models, for reporting and business analysis
- Working knowledge of SQL for extracting, analysing, and validating data
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as the voice of the customer in strategic discussions
