Job Summary : The Manager Total Rewards is a strategic role that is responsible for developing, managing and ensuring rewards strategy along with the successful implementation long term incentive strategies. Develop and implementation of benefit solutions for Porter. This position manages the development of short- and long-term benefit strategies and ensures that the benefits programs are market competitive and are linked to Organisation's total rewards strategy. Also provide insights from market trends to design appropriate benefit programs to attract, motivate and retain our talent. Key Responsibilities: - Build rewards strategies and ensure that the benefits programs are market competitive and are linked to Porter's total rewards strategy. - Develop and manage the organization's total rewards programs, including base pay, stock options, bonus plans, incentive plans, deferred compensation, and other non-cash reward programs. - Explore introducing newer benefits/ revamping current benefits which strengthens Porter's competitiveness in the benefits space. - Work closely with TA team to develop and manage a comprehensive compensation philosophy, salary structure, merit review process, and job evaluation process - Monitor benefit trends and provide guidance to leadership on the direction of our programs and lead the participation in market surveys. Desired skills - PG / MBA from a Premier Institute with 2+ Years work experience as reward analyst in big 4 - Analytical and data oriented.
