Roles and Responsibilities:

- Co-own supply planning by forecasting driver-partner availability and collaborate with operations, acquisition teams to ensure sufficient supply to meet demand.

- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance driver-partner engagement and retention.

- Analyze driver-partner behavior through data-driven and qualitative insights to inform the development and optimization of engagement and retention strategies.

- Liaison between 2w category and the rest of Porter in various forums acting as the 2w business representative for engagement and retention discussions.

Skills:

- Rigour - execution excellence operationally through people, process and through product.

- Founder's mindset - curiosity, bias for action and ownership.

- Critical thinking, problem solving - strong opinions weekly held.

- Analysis - high proficiency with numbers.

- Narrative building - combining qualitative and quantitative insights.
