Role & Responsibilities : 1. Project Management : - Lead and manage critical strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and expected quality - Maintain regular stakeholder interaction for information flow on delivery status, expectations, exceptions, process changes, and new opportunities. - Stakeholder management, risk identification & mitigation and active unblocking to ensure program health 2. Strategic and Operational Support : - Strategize and execute critical internal initiatives - Conduct strategic internal project management, follow-ups with practice leaders and produce leadership updates 3. Org planning and reviews : - Facilitate organizational goal planning every cycle across all functions and set the rhythm for tight execution - Regularly interact with function/business leaders, ensuring the CEO is informed about any issues/escalations 4.
