Porter.in - Deputy General Manager - EV Strategic Partnership

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Porters two wheeler supply EV and Partnerships charter.

- Lead efforts towards expanding Porters electric two wheeler fleet including acquisition, engagement and retention.

- Collaborate with central (product, tech, analytics) and city teams to ensure that the platform and processes are optimized for EV fleet.

- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the EV ecosystem including OEMs, fleet operators, industry associations and government.

- Track key performance indicators such as driver partner earnings, utilization, behavior (pre and post order acceptance). Identify areas of improvement and drive operational efficiency.

- Based in Bengaluru with moderate travel.
