Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Manager Tele Sales to lead and manage a team of Sales Associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering overall team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor sales calls, identify low performers, and provide regular coaching, feedback, and mentoring to enhance productivity.
Sales Growth:
- Drive sales performance and ensure month-on-month achievement of targets.
- Identify training needs within the team, coordinate training sessions, and work on the overall skill and career development of team members.
Compliance & Quality:
- Maintain adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Tele Sales, with at least 2 to 3 years in a team lead/managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
