Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM SME with at least 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management. The role requires deep expertise in Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), along with mandatory experience in India Localization and GST compliance. The candidate must also demonstrate strong capability in designing and delivering custom solutions to meet complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Oracle EBS SCM initiatives with strong focus on Order-to-Cash and Procure to-Pay cycles.

2. Configure and optimize Order Management, Pricing, Purchasing, and OTM modules to streamline supply chain processes.

3. Ensure compliance with India Localization and GST requirements, including statutory reporting and tax configurations.

4. Design and implement custom solutions (extensions, integrations, workflows) to address unique business needs.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance) to deliver integrated solutions.

6. Drive solution design, gap analysis, and integration with third-party logistics and ERP systems.

7. Provide leadership during implementations, upgrades, and support projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.

8. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable solutions.

9. Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on SCM best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Strong Leadership in SCM area with Minimum 15 years of Oracle EBS experience, and Exposure to Fusion

2. Strong expertise in Order Management, Pricing, Purchasing, and OTM. Proven track record of leading full-cycle implementations in manufacturing or distribution environments.

3. Mandatory expertise in India Localization and GST compliance. Strong experience in designing custom solutions within Oracle EBS (extensions, personalization, integrations).

4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, Team Management and problem-solving skills and Exposure to Industry Best Practices
