Polycab - General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Public Relations/Key Account Management - EPC Division

Role Summary:

Lead Public Relations and manage strategic government & PSU accounts for Polycab's EPC division. Drive brand visibility, tender participation, and relationship building with ministries, utilities, and PSUs. Act as a key account owner ensuring revenue growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute PR & media strategies;

- Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, PSUs, and regulatory authorities.

- Lead tender/RFP participation and ensure successful bid outcomes.

- Own strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, and monitor delivery milestones.

- Collaborate with cross-functional EPC teams for seamless execution.

Education & Experience:

Education: MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Strategy) or Engineering (Electrical/Power) preferred

Experience:12-15 years in PR, government liaison, and EPC/infra key accounts.

- Proven track record in government tendering and PSU account management.

- Mandatory: EPC experience is a must (PR & BD Background in Govt. Sector)

- Experience: Candidate should have prior experience working with government projects only.

- Education: B.E./B.Tech (mandatory); MBA will be an added advantage

- Age: Should not exceed 33 years

- Location: Candidate should be based in Delhi/Noida

- Additional: The position involves site visits
