Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Political Operations Manager with at least 4 years of experience to plan, manage, and execute political operations efficiently.

The role involves overseeing ground operations, coordinating teams, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of political campaigns and outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage end-to-end political and campaign operations.

- Oversee field teams, volunteers, and coordinators across assigned regions.

- Execute outreach programs, rallies, meetings, and political events.

- Coordinate logistics including travel, scheduling, permissions, and resources.

- Monitor daily operational performance and resolve on-ground issues.

- Ensure timely execution of campaign plans and strategies.

- Liaise with party leadership, consultants, vendors, and local stakeholders.

- Manage budgets, expenses, and operational reporting.

- Track ground-level feedback, voter sentiment, and operational data.

- Ensure compliance with election laws, guidelines, and internal protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Political Science, Management, Public Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in political operations, campaign management, or grassroots organizing.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure, during campaigns, and with extended hours.

- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

- Deep understanding of the political ecosystem and election processes.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience handling large-scale campaigns or multi-region operations.

- Knowledge of voter outreach tools, CRM systems, and data management.

- Experience working with political consultants or parties.
