Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Zonal Manager to lead and manage large teams, drive business performance, and strengthen operational efficiency within the assigned zone. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and mentor a large team (50+ members) across the assigned zone.

- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets.

- Develop and implement zonal strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless business operations.

- Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

- Identify training needs and support the development of team capabilities.

- Handle escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute (mandatory).

- Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience, leading teams of 50 or more members.

- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Prior experience in sales, operations, or BFSI (preferred but not mandatory).
