Policybazaar - Senior Program Manager

Role: Senior Manager - Program (Health Insurance).

Function: Health Insurance.

Reporting to: Head - Health Insurance Customer Experience.

Role Overview:

- We are seeking a Senior Manager - Program to lead execution of key programs within the. Health Insurance business.

- The role is responsible for driving initiatives across insurance partners, product, technology and operations ensuring ideas move from concept to implementation and scale across a large agent ecosystem.

- This role requires a high bias for action.

- This role lies at intersection of business development, tech and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive rollout of initiatives like process enhancements, and process automation which directly impact business growth.

- Lead operational and system-related discussions with insurance partners and senior stakeholders.

- Own execution of business initiatives such as health cross-sell programs with defined targets.

Other Responsibilities:.

- Lead implementation and adoption of new processes and tools across a 500+ agent operations floor.

- Drive simplification of workflows through process and system improvements.

- Own end-to-end delivery of programs involving insurers, product, tech, operations, and partners.

Skills & Experience:.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, operations, or crossfunctional roles.

- Should hold an MBA/ PGDM degree from Tier 1 college.

- Strong program execution and ownership mindset.

- Excellent stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners.
