Job RoleSales Strategy Lead (Field Sales)

About the Role:


- We are looking for a street-smart, data-driven Sales Strategy Executive who understands the realities of on ground sales in India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on field experience, strong operational understanding, and the ability to convert data insights into actionable growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Planning & Strategy


- Develop data-backed sales strategies to drive revenue, improve productivity, and strengthen market presence.

On-Ground Execution Support


- Work closely with field sales teams to ensure alignment between strategy and ground reality.


- Conduct market visits to understand customer and sales team behaviour.


- Identify operational bottlenecks and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them quickly.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis


- Track key sales metrics.


- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Process and Efficiency Improvements


- Optimize sales processes using technology, automation, and data tools.


- Collaborate with product/tech teams to improve CRM usage, route optimisation tools, and app adoption.


- Design incentive programs based on performance data and market goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

What we are looking for:


- 3 - 4 years of experience in a field sales-driven environment (Quick Commerce, FMCG, Consumer Goods), MBA from tier 1 institutes.


- Street-smart mindset with the ability to adapt and get things done.


- Ability to convert raw data into insights and recommendations.


- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable with frequent market visits.
