Job Description :
Job Role: Manager Human Resources (Employee Engagement).
Location: Gurgaon.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design & Implement Engagement Strategies: Create and execute innovative engagement initiatives that align with PBs culture pillars, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Plan & Execute Organization-wide Events: Lead end-to-end execution of events, campaigns, and programs such as Sports Leagues, Talent Hunt, Diwali & other festivals, Recognition & Rewards (R&R), Town Halls, and wellness drives to drive employee connection and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Business & HR Teams: Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to assess engagement needs for different departments and develop tailored interventions.
- Leverage Data & Feedback: Analyze survey insights, employee feedback, and other engagement metrics to evaluate effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Internal Communication & Storytelling: Lead communication initiatives to enhance transparency, celebrate successes, and strengthen PBs employer brand.
- Manage Vendor Partnerships & Budgets: Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of engagement programs by managing external vendors, budgets, and logistics.
- Drive Holistic Employee Experience: Champion diverse initiatives encompassing recognition programs, wellness activities, CSR engagements, and other programs that nurture a connected and motivated workforce.
