Policybazaar - Deputy Vice President - Sales

About the Role:

Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Deputy Vice President - Sales to lead large-scale sales operations, drive business growth, and manage senior leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale B2C / Telesales operations and drive revenue growth.

- Own business targets, sales strategy, productivity, and overall performance.

- Lead and mentor Managers, Senior Managers, and leadership teams.

- Drive initiatives to improve Conversion, Productivity, Revenue, Attrition & Shrinkage.

- Develop and execute strategies for business growth and operational excellence.

- Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations.

- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.

- Collaborate with HR, Training, Quality, and Operations teams.

- Track and present MIS, forecasts, and business performance to senior leadership.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in Sales / Telesales / B2C Sales.

- Strong experience managing large sales teams / operations.

- Proven experience in team leadership and business management.

- Strong understanding of sales strategy, conversion, productivity, and revenue management.

- Hands-on experience managing Attrition & Shrinkage.

- Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.

- Graduation is mandatory.
